Both bras here stick to skin instead of hanging from a band, so nothing shows at your back, sides or shoulders. The strapless adhesive bra has ready-moulded cups in your bra size, from 30A to 40D. The butterfly stick-on bra has two wing-shaped cups joined by a lace-up cord, so you decide how much cleavage it gives.

By cup size
From A to C, either bra works, so pick by the outfit.
At D, both still fit: the moulded bra goes up to 40D and the butterfly bra comes in D to D++. Preparation does more of the work at this size.

Putting it on
Start on clean, dry skin with no lotion or oil, which matters more than any other step. For the moulded bra, place the outer edge first, lift the breast into the cup, then smooth the inner edge toward the centre. Press each cup for several seconds, and put it on about 15 minutes before you dress so the bond can set. For the butterfly bra, stick each wing in place, then pull the cord until the cleavage sits where you want it.
Looking after it
Wash the adhesive side with mild soap and lukewarm water after each wear, let it air dry face up, and put it back on its backing.
