Getting the size right

• Small: A cup
• Medium: B-C cup
• Large: D and above

Size by your cup, not by preference. A smaller strip on a larger bust is the most common reason lift tape gives way, and it's a surface-area problem rather than a technique one.

Applying it

Clean, dry skin, with no lotion or oil. Support the breast into the position you want first, then lay the tape over it: the lift comes from where you place the breast, not from stretching the tape. Press firmly along the whole strip and smooth every edge, because lifted edges are where it starts to give.

Patch test on your inner forearm before first use. Not for broken, sunburnt or freshly shaved skin, and don't sleep in it. Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap after wear, air dry, and store on the backing.
