Find your size

Shapewear size finder

Shapewear is sized by measurement rather than by the dress size you usually buy. Give us your waist and your hip and we'll tell you which size to order in each shaper, including when your measurements sit outside what we stock.

How to measure

01
Waist
Tape the narrowest part of your middle, snug and level the whole way round, breathing out. Don't hold your stomach in. You will not be holding it in all evening either.
02
Hip
Tape the widest part, usually across the fullest part of your seat, level from front to back. On a bodysuit this is the measurement that usually decides the size.
03
Torso, if you know it
If bodysuits and one piece swimwear tend to feel short on you, tick the torso box. Charts rarely carry a torso row, and a bodysuit cut short pulls at the shoulders whatever the waist and hip numbers say.

Shapewear sizing questions

Should I size down in shapewear for more control?

No. A shaping panel is graded to sit at a particular tension at a particular size. Wear it one size small and that tension concentrates where the garment ends, so you get red channels at the waist edge and leg openings instead of smoothing, and a top edge under enough strain to roll.

What do I measure for shapewear?

Waist at its narrowest and hip at its widest, with a soft tape held snug and level and no breath held in. Measure fresh each time you buy rather than reusing a number from years ago.

My waist and hip land in different sizes. Which one wins?

The hip. The garment has to travel over your widest point and then sit at it, so a hip row that fits keeps the whole thing wearable. A waist row that fits at the hip's expense fits nowhere.

What if I am between two sizes?

Take the larger one, and for a bodysuit take it without hesitation. A bodysuit spreads fit across the whole torso, so a size slightly small anywhere becomes pressure everywhere. The larger size still compresses, because the panels still press.

Are the two shapers sized the same way?

No. The all-in-one sculpt bodysuit is sized to your waist, at 26 to 32, 33 to 38 and 39 to 44 inches. The full body shaping bodysuit labels its sizes by body size instead, S for an XS to M body and so on, so the finder reads it against our own waist and hip chart.
