What bra do you wear with a backless dress?
One that holds on skin rather than on a band. Up to a C cup an adhesive stick-on bra is the easiest answer, because you place the cups and there is nothing at the back at all. From a D cup up, tape holds better than an adhesive cup does, because you can build the lift where you want it instead of asking one piece of silicone to carry the weight.
Does boob tape work for a D cup?
Yes, and above a D it usually works better than an adhesive bra. Tape spreads the load across a wider area of skin and lets you set the height yourself. It takes about ten minutes and some practice, so do a test run before the event rather than on the day.
What can I wear under a halter neck top?
A halter leaves the back and the shoulders open, so anything with a band or a strap shows from behind. An adhesive stick-on bra covers it up to a C cup. Past that, tape gives you a cleaner line under the front of the neckline.
