At Velomora, your hygiene and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality for every customer.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, including but not limited to:

  • Nipple covers

  • Boob tape

  • Silicone bras

  • Uplift products

  • Nipple pasties

All sales are final once the product packaging has been opened.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item

  • The issue was reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Our team has verified the issue

Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Shipping Costs

  • We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to a Velomora error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

  • If eligible for a return, you may be responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise by our team.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items bought during clearance or special promotional sales (e.g., B2G1 offers)
