1. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, including but not limited to:
- Nipple covers
- Boob tape
- Silicone bras
- Uplift products
- Nipple pasties
All sales are final once the product packaging has been opened.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we'll offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or incorrect item
- The issue was reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Our team has verified the issue
Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
- We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to a Velomora error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- If eligible for a return, you may be responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise by our team.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items bought during clearance or special promotional sales (e.g., B2G1 offers)
