Getting the size right
- 7.7 cm — A cup
- 10.2 cm — B-C cup
- 13 cm — D and above
If you can see a circular outline under your top, the cover is too small - the edges are lifting off the breast's curve instead of lying flat. Between sizes, size up.
Shades
Nude and Caramel. Under pale or fine fabric, pick the one closer to your own skin tone rather than defaulting to the lighter option — a mismatched shade shows more than no cover at all.
Wearing them
Start with clean, dry skin, free of lotion or oil. Position the centre over the nipple first, then smooth outward to the edges — working centre-out pushes air out, working edge-in traps it.
Keeping them
Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap after each wear, fingertips only, then air dry sticky-side up and store on the plastic backing they came with. That backing isn't packaging — it protects the surface, and losing it is what turns months of use into a couple of wears.
